Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Red Gauntlet: The Machine Wars ("Red Gauntlet", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator

Red Gauntlet is operated by MONORIFT s. r. o. ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must comply with the age and legal requirements in your jurisdiction and in the Apple App Store terms.

3. Service Description

Red Gauntlet is an action game for iPhone with optional Apple Watch gameplay features, including motion-based input and optional workout-linked sessions.

4. Purchases and Paid Content

  • Red Gauntlet may offer a one-time full game purchase through Apple's App Store.
  • Purchase processing and billing are handled by Apple. Refunds and billing disputes are subject to Apple's policies.
  • We use RevenueCat to validate entitlements and restore purchases.

5. Health, Motion, and Watch Features

Some features depend on Apple Watch, motion permissions, and HealthKit authorization. These permissions are optional, but disabling them may reduce functionality. The app is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, exploit, interfere with, or misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass payment or progression systems.

7. Apple Game Center and Platform Services

If enabled, scores and achievements may be submitted through Apple Game Center. Your use of Apple services is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where permitted by law if these Terms are violated or if operation of the Service requires it.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
